Applications are invited for the Post of Junior Research Fellow in Ministry of Mines funded research project (SNTMOM/1119/2024) in School of Mechanical Engineering (SMEC), Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT), Vellore – 632014, Tamil Nadu

Title of the Project:

“DEXSTER- DEep learning X-Ray, Spectral, and Spatial feature SorTER for Recycling of Non-Ferrous Metal Scraps”

Qualification:

M.Tech /M.E. in Mechatronics/Electronics/Electrical/Computer Science/Automation/ Robotics or related engineering fields with good academic record.

Desirable (if any):

Knowledge in Automation, Mechatronics, Robotics.

Stipend:

Rs. 37,000/-per month for 1.5 years, for the candidates who have qualified GATE/NET, else as per institute norms for these two years.
