The WSU decasualisation program will play a significant role in reducing the level of insecure work in the Australian higher education sector.
With this in mind, the University is looking to recruit candidates it can invest in and develop over the long term, including training over the confirmation period to support candidates to retain stable, ongoing employment.
Successful candidates will undertake teaching, while also having the opportunity to develop a research portfolio and contribute to the University through governance activities at the School and/or University level.

The School takes pride in educating students in an environment that is contemporary and adapted to a rapidly evolving world. Our programs include preregistration nursing and midwifery degrees at undergraduate and postgraduate level, honours, postgraduate coursework (Masters) and higher degree research programs (PhD).
