About the Role

The Senior Implementation Project Officer will oversee the development, application and evaluation of the implementation plan for the MRFF AutoMedic project.  The position focuses on developing a science focused approach to implementation of AutoMedic software, providing functional leadership, guidance and advice in implementation practice, planning, and deployment. The Senior Implementation Project Officer will also oversee the pilot testing of the AutoMedic system at selected hospital sites in line with the project scope and timelines.

The incumbent will work collaboratively with the AutoMedic Project Manager and project team to implement the digital intervention in designated work areas. This will require key stakeholder engagement with SA Health, SA Pharmacy, and The University of Adelaide.

About You

To be successful in this role you will demonstrate:

• Relevant tertiary qualification, or equivalent combination of experience and/or education and/or training in health, implementation science, project and change management (e.g. Prince2, PMBoK, Agile, PROSCI, ADKAR) or related disciplines
• Experience in Implementation science, Healthcare research and/or Digital health technology literacy
• High‐level project coordination and project management experience
• Demonstrated experience in leading and motivating project team members to deliver high quality services and outcomes
• Demonstrated understanding of contemporary issues in health and aged care and implementation science (desirable)
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects within a healthcare setting, with a focus on digital health technologies (desirable).
