Job Description & Qualification
The Department of Banking and Finance, Monash Business School, Melbourne, Australia, is seeking to recruit top academic faculty to tenure-track positions at the Assistant Professor (Senior Lecturer) level, starting July 1, 2025.
We are seeking faculty who will produce outstanding research in finance and have a commitment to quality teaching.
Applicants should possess or be near completion of a PhD in finance.

Interviews of shortlisted candidates will be conducted in person at the FMA Meeting in Grapevine, TX or over Zoom for candidates who cannot travel to the FMA. Please indicate whether you will travel to the FMA for interviews in your cover letter. Candidates who passed the interview round will be invited to campus visits in October – December.
