The Greenwich Business School is looking to recruit 3 experienced administrators to join our Greenwich Business School Programme Administration Team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to make a significant impact. Our team provides a high standard of administrative support to key programme administration related activities ensuring an efficient and effective service to academics and students.

The successful candidates will possess strong communication skills and be able to quickly build positive working relationships with administrative and academic colleagues. You will have excellent organisational skills and can plan and prioritise a busy workload to achieve objectives. You will have strong IT skills and enjoy multi-tasking, having several projects on the go at any one time. Your experience should include servicing formal meetings, using records systems and databases, together with commitment to continuous improvement and solving challenges through innovation. Great problem solving and decision-making skills are crucial alongside accuracy and attention to detail.

Successful applicants will be based on the Greenwich Campus in the Queen Mary building. This role would be suitable for candidates that have a background in University/Service Sector administration.
