“On-package enzyme-based halochromic time temperature indicators for shelf-life of refrigerated perishable foods” FILE NO. LSRB/01/15001/LSRB-414/FAB /2023

Qualification:

Master’s degree in biotechnology or a related field and work experience in food packaging technology Required skills: Experience in food packaging sectors, enzyme technology and natural pigments. Additionally good communication and writing skills.

Additional Skill:

Development of biodegradable thin films and pouches
