An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and dynamic Project Administrator to join the Strategy Delivery & Transformation Department and support the delivery of the University's ambitious strategy.
You will work in partnership with Project Managers, Business Change Managers, and programme sponsors to support the planning and delivery of specified projects, using the University’s best practice project framework to ensure success. This will include coordinating and servicing key programme boards and meetings, overseeing general project communications, and maintaining key project documentation such as project timelines and risk logs.
About you:
You will be able to work accurately within deadlines and conscious of relevant policies and procedures. You will bring excellent communication and organisational skills and have a keen eye for detail. You will be an engaged team member, but also able to work independently and manage your own workload. You will have a skill level (including experience and other qualifications) equivalent to the achievement of a professional qualification, with excellent IT skills. You will be professional, clear-thinking and act as a role model within the Strategy Delivery & Transformation Department.
