Indeed, we wish to invite applications from a broad range of candidates with different skill sets. Preference will be given to applicants with a first degree in civil engineering, a PhD in a relevant subject, and can combine excellence in teaching with the capacity to conduct novel, interdisciplinary engineering research that will expand and complement the school’s research strengths. Candidates with extensive industrial experience who do not currently hold a PhD are encouraged to apply.

The successful candidate will be based at the World Heritage Greenwich Maritime Campus but may be required to work at the university’s other campuses.
