Applications are invited for a temporary post of a Administrative Officer within UCD Quality Office.
The UCD Quality Office is a professional support unit. Its remit and scope of activity is cross university with responsibilities for developing, managing and monitoring the Universities quality processes to support the delivery of the University's strategy and core objectives. Una Europa was formally established in 2019 and is a collection of eleven research universities including UCD. It aims to pursue integrated co-operations between its university partners in high quality education research and services to society, to create a culture of excellence in education and research and foster best practice and contribute to the development of the European Higher Education Area and the European Research Area.
Applications are invited for the position of Administrative Officer who will support the work of the UCD Quality Office and its membership of Una Europa through the Quality cluster work stream in its contribution toward the achievement of the 2030 Una Europa Strategy: Shaping our shared future for the better. The role will also support the University in its International Education Mark (IEM) application and meeting QQI's requirements under the Code of Practice. It will require a strong knowledge of the University governance, policies and quality processes, supporting the work of the UCD Quality Office, engaging with a wide range of stakeholders both internal and external to the University and contributing to the development of quality policies and procedures
95 Admin Officer I\2010 Salary Scale: €50,759 - €68,709 per annum
Appointment will be made on scale and in accordance with the Department of Finance guidelines.
