The Director of Estates is responsible for the commercial functional and operational estate, including capital development, hard and soft facilities management, student residences and commercial leases.

The Estates Office  is seeking to appoint an Administrative Officer to oversee the administration of a broad range of activities associated with a high volume and high profile office. Reporting directly to the Director of Estates, the successful candidate will provide admin support to the Director of Estates and be  estate space manager.

The candidate will lead and manage the Department’s administration and be an essential part of the Estates team with particular emphasis on the management of space records, space allocation and the organisation and compilation of the various HEA space utilisation surveys.

Salary:

Administrative Officer Grade II: €44,458– €63,244  p.a. (9 points)

Appointments will be made in accordance with public sector pay provisions.

23:30hrs (local Irish time) on Sunday, 25th August 2024.
