About the opportunity
The University is embarking on a transformative program to design and develop a cutting-edge sales and marketing solution based on Dynamics 365. This initiative aims to create an unparalleled student recruitment platform that enhances customer engagement and experiences.
As the CX Product Director, you will ensure the seamless integration of new functionalities across all domains, maintaining a strong focus on a customer-centric approach. This role is pivotal in maximising both colleague and student experiences throughout the entire student lifecycle.
This is an outstanding opportunity for a CX (Customer Experience) Product Director to lead the enhancement of our marketing and sales capabilities, leveraging the power of Microsoft Dynamics 365 to achieve exceptional student recruitment results and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
Key responsibilities include:
- Champion the interrelationship between the student experience, departmental needs, and the underlying data and business systems that support the student lifecycle.
- Develop a visionary roadmap for operational evolution, defining specific enhancements, and breaking them down into manageable tasks for the Scrum team.
- Act as the essential bridge between business stakeholders, Scrum team members, and end-users, guiding projects from conception to completion with a focus on improving student recruitment performance and customer satisfaction.
About you
You possess relevant qualifications and 8-10+ years in product or project development with a strong background in leading and managing product development cycles. In addition, you are proficient in Dynamics 365 platform features, exceptional project management skills and leadership qualities that enable you to manage large teams for performance excellence. In addition, you demonstrate:
- A strong grasp of Agile development methodologies.
- Familiarity with delivering data solutions such as dashboards, APIs, and real-time alerts.
- A strong understanding of analytics and insights that support sales, marketing, and student lifecycle processes.
- A proven ability to deliver solutions based on customer data and insights.
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, and Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau and Google Analytics is an advantage.

This is a full-time, continuing position based at our Gold Coast campus with generous relocation support available.
The base salary for this position will be competitive and commensurate with qualifications, skills and experience.
