Applications are invited for a Specified Purpose (estimated 12 month) post of a Recruitment & Admissions Manager within UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate School of Business - Admissions Office.

The post of Recruitment and Admissions Manager is a key position in the College of Business.

The post holder will be accountable for achieving both student number and revenue targets for the MSc and MBA portfolio within the UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School and international student recruitment targets for the UCD Lochlann Quinn School of Business.

Reporting to the Head of Admissions, he/she will play a key role in supporting the Head of Admissions for the College of Business and will be responsible for recruiting high calibre students by encouraging a maximum number of qualified applications to the degree and post graduate Programmes from enquiries received. This will allow the school to improve the quality and calibre of applicants, increase revenue and grow the school's reputation at national and international levels. The principal duties of the Recruitment & Admissions Manager will involve the successful recruitment of participants for this growing portfolio through the development and execution of effective and targeted sales and marketing plan.

95 Admin Off Ia_2013 (2010) (7080) Salary Scale: € 68,541 - € 80,093 per annum.

Appointment will be made on scale and in accordance with the Department of Finance guidelines.
