As a result of our incredible success and growth, we are looking for a Sales Development Representative on an initial 6 months FTC to join us. This role will own the early stages of our sales funnel, proactively qualifying leads at the highest levels of service. They will work closely with Regional Directors and their teams to help book meetings with hot leads. This will result in a reduction of admin time for the sales teams and remove the need for them to review and process leads.

Job Objectives:

  • Identifying potential customers and generating new business opportunities for THE
  • Contacting and qualifying potential customers
  • Managing leads through the sales pipeline by setting appointments, following up on leads, and tracking progress towards meeting sales goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with the Regional Directors and their teams, defining the best strategy to approach new leads and focus on target verticals
  • Researching out and prospecting to leads via different channels such as cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn message / Sales Navigator and other social selling channels.
  • Ensuring that the right decision makers are targeted and aligned with THE’s goals and objectives.
  • Be the link between sales and marketing, qualifying, and generating leads to pass on to the Regional Directors and teams
  • Arranging meetings and booking client demonstrations for our commercial teams
  • Use Salesforce to manage leads and sales activities
  • Attend events and trade shows to build relationships and generate leads
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities and results to management

We’d really like to hear from you, if you have…

  • Previous sales experience within a Sales Development Representative role or similar
  • A creative mind and approach to prospecting!
  • Strong interpersonal & organisational skills
  • A passion for sales and forging relationships with customers, clients at senior levels
  • Knowledge of sales tools including Salesforce, Zoominfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator preferred
  • Previous experience with a SaaS or tech business is desirable, but not essential
