The Pengiran Anak Puteri Rashidah Sa’adatul Bolkiah Institute of Health Sciences (PAPRSB IHS), Universiti Brunei Darussalam (UBD) is seeking highly qualified candidate in Computational Genomics to join our team, who will be able:

• to develop and teach courses in the areas of Human Genetics, Genomics and Bioinformatics for both under- and post-graduates programmes offered by the Institute.
• to contribute to other related modules, e.g. Statistical Genetics and Big Data Analytics, offered by other Faculties, Institutes and Centres (FICs) at UBD.
• to develop frameworks for learning and to design instruction and improve assessment methods in related module(s) in various settings.
• to develop, complement and enhance our Institute’s research clsuters in personalised Genomic Medicine, especially those related to cancer genomics.
• to apply for research grants, initiate new research directions and lead an active research team.
• to contribute to the growth of the computational infrastructure at our Institute.
• to contribute to the research and publication activities through high impact publications.
• to initiate collaboration with academics and professionals within and outside UBD to make a global impact through excellence in research and innovation.
• to actively participate in the activities of the Faculty, including but not limited to conducting research seminars.
