Applications are invited for a specified purpose post of a Teaching Fellowship in Contemporary Literature within UCD School of English, Drama and Film.

UCD School of English, Drama and Film seeks to appoint a full-time Teaching Fellow in English Literature to cover maternity leave. The successful candidate will contribute to a range of modules in the teaching of contemporary literature, including Reading World Literature (Level 1), Literature and Crisis (Level 1), Critical Theory (Level 2), and Reading Gender and Sexuality (Level 4), and will supervise final year dissertations in the BA Humanities. Candidates must have relevant teaching experience, and appropriate expertise in contemporary literature. Candidates are also expected to be able to coordinate modules at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. The ability to contribute to outreach activities may also be an advantage.

Fixed Salary: €42,988 per annum
