Introduce:
The School of Electrical Engineering at Chongqing University was established in 1935 and is one of the oldest and most academically rigorous schools at Chongqing University.
The school houses the national key primary discipline of Electrical Engineering, which is part of the latest round of the “Double First-Class” initiative.
The school has a strong and well-structured faculty with 197 staff members, including 143 full-time teachers. Among them are 1 academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, 21 nationally recognized talents, 7 internationally renowned scholars, 22 provincial and ministerial talents, and 74 professors. The school also hosts several national-level teams, such as the National Natural Science Foundation Innovation Research Group, the National Teaching Team, and the National Huang-Danian-Style Teacher Team.
The school offers excellent teaching and research conditions, with eight national-level research and teaching platforms, including National Key Laboratories, National Field Scientific Observation and Research Stations, National Experimental Teaching Demonstration Centers, and National Virtual Simulation Experimental Teaching Centers. Additionally, the school has eight provincial and ministerial key research bases.
