You will lead a small, skilled software development team, managing projects and services within the Microsoft technology stack using Agile and DevOps methodologies. A significant part of your responsibilities will include driving the integration and automation of services to enhance our business goals.

As a Team Leader, you will work closely with internal business partners to gather requirements, prototype solutions, and implement cutting-edge technologies. You will be involved in architecting, testing, and refining solutions to meet our evolving needs, building and executing test plans, conducting quality reviews, reporting, managing operations, and swiftly resolving any operational issues to maintain the highest standards of performance. Occasionally, you may also engage in additional technology or process activities, showcasing your flexibility and broad skill set.

We are seeking an individual with a degree or relevant experience, expertise in software development and management experience. Dynamics 365 knowledge is a plus. Strong problem-solving and innovation skills are essential.
