About the Role

The Associate Director, Executive Recruitment and Development collaborates with the Chief People Officer, Director of Organisation Development, HR Directors, and Talent Acquisition to deliver top-tier executive services and an exceptional candidate experience.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute your creative and innovative ideas. You will gain a deep understanding of the university’s executive recruitment needs and support the design and implementation of succession planning strategies, ensuring a robust pipeline of internal talent for key leadership positions that align with our long-term organisational goals.

Who we are looking for

The ideal candidate will hold relevant qualifications and extensive experience in executive recruitment and HR project execution.

Reporting to the Director of Organisation Development, you will manage end-to-end recruitment activities and support executive talent and careers, including talent mapping, development, career pathways, and internal mobility. With demonstrated creativity in talent attraction strategies, EVP, and marketing roles, you will enhance and implement innovative strategies to attract and secure top-tier leaders. This will ensure our university remains at the forefront of academic excellence.

This role requires the successful candidate to undergo and maintain an up-to-date Working with Children Check. This is essential to guarantee a secure environment for all individuals at the University. In the case the selected candidate doesn't have a valid Working with Children Check, they will be able to apply for the WWCC as part of the initial onboarding procedures.
