Applications are invited for appointment as Full-time/Fractional Senior Professional Practitioner/Senior Lecturer/Lecturer in Educational Psychology (Ref.: 526794), to commence on September 1, 2024 or as soon as possible thereafter, on a temporary basis for one year or on a two-year fixed-term basis, with the possibility of renewal subject to funding availability.
For appointment as Senior Professional Practitioner/Senior Lecturer, applicants should possess a Master and/or a PhD degree or professional doctorate in Educational/School Psychology with at least 8 years’ professional experience in the practice as educational/school psychologist as well as sound indicators of teaching abilities in educational/school psychology. A courtesy title of Assistant Professor of Practice may be offered where the professional experience justifies for Senior Professional Practitioner staff grade.
For appointment as Lecturer, applicants should possess a Master's degree or above in Educational/School Psychology with at least 5 years' post-qualification experience of professional practice in educational/school psychology.
The appointee will teach courses and supervise students at both graduate and undergraduate levels, and contribute to administrative duties in the Department.
