BMI (sister company to Times Higher Education) is the world's leading international student recruitment media & events company. Every year, BMI organises 85+ in-person recruitment events in South America, the Middle East, Africa & Asia.

BMI is growing and as part of our expansion we're looking to hire Sales Support Executives, to support our market-leading sales team communicate with educational institutions around the world. No two days are the same at BMI and that's why we're looking for people capable of working with multiple teams, on simultaneous projects, with various goals.

A typical day might involve some of the following:

Responsibilities:

  • Help create sales emails to be sent to universities
  • Manage all inbound enquiries from educational institutions heading to our events
  • Create reports on our CRM to track if inbound leads are converted
  • Create client appointments for our Sales Manager who might be located in different country.
  • Complete New Supplier details.
  • Manage and send events online calendar to various senior level external stakeholders and clients
  • Help with preparing sales collateral for our student fairs, events and conferences
  • Proofread and edit recruitment advert for our education partners
  • Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to research and contact relevant universities around the world

Skills and experience:

  • Excellent communication skills in English– both written and spoken
  • Ability to work with and manage multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to drive and deliver projects to tight deadlines
  • Ability to work autonomously, without supervision and as part of a team
  • Spanish & Portuguese language skills at a professional level would be useful but not essential
  • Computer literate
  • Able to travel overseas for business (if required)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • An understanding of Higher Education and an interest in foreign cultures with an international outlook
  • Ambition & creativity
  • Degree educated would be a bonus
