Senior Project Officer

The Centre is now looking for competent and devoted team members who can assist in implementing various teaching and learning initiatives.

Senior Project Officer (23240499)


  • Drive the development and implementation of multimedia content to highlight teaching excellence, incorporating innovative designs for the Centre’s teaching and learning initiatives;
  • Prepare reports and documents, emphasising the integration of visual content to enhance clarity and engagement;
  • Contribute efforts to enhance the Centre’s profile and outreach through various means;
  • Lead the creation of EdTech content, showcasing best practices and emerging technologies in teaching and learning; and
  • Coordinate EdTech professional development initiatives, including workshops, seminars, international conferences, and other initiatives.


  • A master’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Creative Media, Graphic Design, Instructional Design, Media Art, etc., or substantial industrial work experience of at least five years;
  • Experience in management and utilisation of infographics for effective communication and visual storytelling will be an advantage;
  • Sound knowledge in instructional design and multimedia editing software;
  • An excellent command of English and Chinese; and
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test.

The initial appointment will be offered on a fixed-term contract of one to two year(s).  Re-appointment thereafter will be subject to mutual agreement. 

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
