Assistant Project Officer

The Centre is now looking for competent and devoted team members who can assist in implementing various teaching and learning initiatives.

Assistant Project Officer (23240498)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support in the development and implementation of EdTech projects and initiatives;
  • Contribute to the production and dissemination of EdTech content and resources;
  • Assist in the planning and executing Edtech and other events, managing logistics and contributing to promotional activities;
  • Support initiatives aiming at enhancing the Centre’s profile and outreach through various means; and
  • Organise meeting materials, conduct literature searches, prepare documents and reports, perform basic data analysis and support scholarly activities.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, preferably with one year of relevant post-qualification work experience in event or project management;
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills and be attentive to details;
  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel;
  • A good command of English and Chinese; and
  • Be a good team player.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test.

The initial appointment will be offered on a fixed-term contract of one to two year(s).  Re-appointment thereafter will be subject to mutual agreement.

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
