The Simulation Lab Manger is responsible for allassets and operational activities of the simulation center. Provide effectivesimulation leadership and educational support by developing, implementing, andmanaging the simulation activities, procedures and academic programs in thesimulation center. Provide oversight in the design, development, andimplementation of all training programs.

Duties & Responsibilities


  1. Assist the Department Head of Preclinical Affairs to implement Simulation strategies and initiatives
  2. Work with the respective faculty on simulation education, programs, and training
  3. Responsible for budget preparation, planning, space allocation and utilization of resources and staff in the simulation center.
  4. Lead the strategic development, maintenance and operations of skill labs, medium and high-fidelity simulation environment in line with strategic directions of the university.
  5. Identify opportunities for improvement, innovation, implementation and integration of simulation technology into existing healthcare programs.

Ensures compliance to standards of best practicein simulation.


Educationand Certifications:

  • Bachelor and master’s degree in nursing or other health related discipline
  • Prattled Certified Health Simulation Educators (CHSE)

Extensive experience in simulation education
