The University of Greenwich is undergoing an exciting transformation, with the launch of a new strategy motivated by an ethos of ‘Education without Boundaries’. This is already driving exceptional performance as evidenced in our recent TEF2023 where we have been awarded Gold.

Our BioMed Online learning (https://biomedonline.co.uk) provision is a collaboration with NHS trusts/hospitals and Public Health England which has successfully supported the needs of our local, regional, national, and global healthcare communities for over 20 years through delivery of online CPD courses and postgraduate programmes – from PGCert to MSc.

To maintain this impetus for growth and success, BioMed Online is seeking to appoint an inspirational individual to support our students in succeeding in their studies and, as a result, positively impact healthcare provision. The successful candidate will work with the Biomed Online team alongside university services to maintain the high standard of quality of our expanding academic provision and student pastoral care.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who understands the need of the workplace as well as HE requirements. The ideal candidate will have experience in the creation and delivery of online courses at a postgraduate level, student pastoral care and will be familiar with academic standards in higher education.

The role holder will be able to deliver high quality teaching on postgraduate programmes across the BioMed Online learning provision. They will have experience in supervision of postgraduate students and ideally experience of working abroad and an international outlook as we look at expanding our Online provision globally.
