Key responsibilities include leading the design and delivery of a high-quality academic course, which encompasses curriculum design, staffing, accreditation EOI and site visits, and re-accreditation management. We aim to produce graduates who are team players with the professional attributes, skills and knowledge desired by the profession.

Key aspects of the BVetMed program include:

  1. Providing early practical experience in veterinary practice and related workplaces.
  2. Integrating basic and clinical sciences for the early development of problem-solving skills.
  3. Developing a professional identity and understanding of the veterinary industry.
  4. Enhancing communication and teamwork skills.
  5. Allowing students to practise and refine core clinical skills.
