We are currently recruiting a Senior Enterprise Fellow to undertake leadership, management and engagement activities including a mix of commercially oriented cleanroom fabrication within the University cleanrooms and conduct research activity associated with the advanced electronic characterisation facilities. The successful candidate will join a dynamic team within the Sustainable Electronics Technologies (SET) group of the School of Electronics and Computer Science (ECS).
The candidate will be working on multiple commercial cleanroom-based projects with short deadlines and interacting with high-level industrial collaborators. The candidate will also be contributing to the research activities in the SET group by conducting electronic characterisations in the ECS Electronic Measurement Laboratory. They will have significant nanofabrication experience and knowledge, as well as relevant industrial experience. They will also have good experimental skills and experience of characterising electronic devices. They will be able to use their knowledge to analyse and interpret experimental results and innovate improved or new measurement techniques.
This post is suitable for a candidate with a PhD or equivalent professional qualifications and experience in Electrical and Electronic Engineering or related discipline and is available to start immediately. The post is initially a 3-year fixed term appointment.
