Post-Doctoral Research Fellow Positions in Genome Editing Lab
The CRISPR and Genome editing Lab led by Asst. Prof. HU Chunyi is a new research group in the Department of Biological Sciences at National University of Singapore. We are identifying and developing new CRISPR-Cas systems and genome editing tools for precision medicine.

We are actively seeking one highly motivated Post-Doctoral Fellow (Research Fellow) to join our efforts and lead projects in researching and developing novel CRISPR-Cas systems and applications based on the new systems.

Qualifications / Discipline

  • Candidate should hold or is going to obtain a Ph.D. in one of the disciplines below: Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Microbiology, Biophysics (Structural Biology), Bioinformatics or related fields


  • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills and able to work well in an interdisciplinary team
  • Highly motivated and independent
  • Organized, dedicated and reliable
  • Critical thinking and scientific achievement in research, exemplified by publications, conference presentations or patents
