Salary: £37,099 to £42,978 plus £5269 London weighting per annum

As a Projects Manager, you will be at the heart of our strategic initiatives, playing a pivotal role in the implementation of a holistic approach to mental health and wellbeing and managing the Student Minds University Mental Health Charter submission. Your responsibilities will include:
- University Mental Health Charter Submission: Collating information, writing, drafting and managing the university’s submission to the University Mental Health Charter Award
- Stakeholder Engagement: Identify, engage, and manage key stakeholders to support project development and the Charter submission
- Project management: Helping to identify the key outputs of the project, identifying the resource and skills needed to deliver them, and agreeing key milestones for the completion of these outputs
- Progress Reporting: Regularly report project progress to stakeholder groups, identify emerging risks, and contribute to the development of corrective action plans
- Communication Plan: Develop and execute a communication plan, ensuring timely updates to stakeholders through various channels, such as presentations, written reports, and blogs
- Relationship Building: Cultivate positive and productive relationships with individuals of diverse skills and seniority levels, both within and outside the university
- Administrative Support: Assist with administrative and logistical requirements, including organising events, project team meetings, preparing agendas, and relevant paperwork
In addition to your primary role, you will work on other strategic projects, such as the Access and Participation Plan, contributing to our mission of improving equality of opportunity for underrepresented groups in higher education.
