We are seeking applications for a CPD Unit Manager to contribute to the success of the Medical & Healthcare Innovation CPD Unit, by providing comprehensive support and project management of a growing programme of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) opportunities.

This role sits within the Healthcare CPD Unit team, within the enterprise work-stream of the School of Healthcare Enterprise and Innovation, in the Faculty of Medicine.

About the Role

The CPD Unit Manager will provide support to the Healthcare CPD Unit Senior Manager, project manage courses facilitated through the unit, and manage reporting activities across the unit.

You will foster effective internal and external relationships with key stakeholders (including senior management, academic staff, and external parties) in order to promote the successful facilitation of CPD courses.

You will also apply robust analytical skills and knowledge of the Knowledge Exchange Framework (KEF), the University Strategy, and the CPD landscape across the wider medical & healthcare sector, to contribute to improving the CPD aspect of the University’s ranking within KEF.

As a school we operate hybrid working with an expected minimum of 20% in office.
