Applications are invited for a temporary post of a Research Administrator within UCD School of Agriculture and Food Science.

Applications are invited for the post of Research Administrator in the UCD School of Agriculture and Food Science. The School has over 80 research active principal investigators, with significant grant funds and an international reputation for the quality of its research. The School is ambitious and intends to grow both the quantity and also the quality of its research into the future. The appointee will assume a role in the School in providing research and innovation administration in the School. This will entail activities in the areas of research funding submissions, award set up, research funded personnel recruitment, research project management and project reporting. The appointee will be expected to establish a close working relationship with colleagues in the University but also with industry and research agencies as needed. The appointee will operate in an evolving environment where duties and responsibilities will be subject to review and change over time.

95 Senior Executive Assistant_2010 Salary Range € 43,173 - € 52,888

Appointment will be made on scale and in accordance with the Department of Finance guidelines
