About the Role

Flinders University has a new and exciting leadership opportunity for a Manager, Exams, Achievement and Graduations! You will play a pivotal lead role in ensuring the delivery of quality and timely support services to senior management, academic staff and students across examinations, achievement, and graduation related matters.

Partnering with senior management, you will provide data-informed advice and drive innovative improvement initiatives that will develop a contemporary suite of customer-focused services which underpin the University’s strategic goals.

More specifically, as  Manager, Exams, Achievement and Graduations, you will be:

  • Providing leadership, mentoring, supervision, and performance management of examinations, achievement, and graduation teams.
  • Managing the planning, administration and delivery of integrated and high-quality assessment and examination services to all stakeholders, including the coordination of university examination events, examination timetables and invigilation services.
  • Driving, analysing, and measuring the consistency of support services and processes.
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of training tools and frameworks to facilitate induction, skills training, cross skilling, and succession planning.

About Student Administrations Services :

SAS provides support across the student and teaching lifecycles, from admissions and enrolments to graduation. Defined by two interconnected levels of service: the College SAS teams and the University-wide SAS teams, work collaboratively to deliver simple, timely, efficient, and innovative student administration services and advice to both students and staff.
