Job Description

We are looking for a talented and experienced Researcher in Machine Learning to join our dynamic team and help us develop cutting-edge technologies in Large Language Model (LLM), data privacy protection, and AI governance area.

Responsibilities:

  • Research on AI governance framework for LLM, including privacy protection, AI ethic, etc.
  • Develop industry specific LLM solution through fine tuning LLM parameters using industry private data.
  • Publish high-quality papers and patents.
  • Collaborate with team members in Singapore, China and US.
  • Provide technical support to clients and stakeholders as needed.

Qualifications

  • PhD in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Good knowledge of AI technology, especially LLM
  • Familiarity with NLP libraries such as NLTK, spaCy, or Gensim
  • Experience with text classification, sentiment analysis, and entity recognition
  • Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
  • Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistics
  • Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or another programming language relevant to the role.
  • In-depth knowledge of machine learning algorithms, libraries, and tools (such as TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch).
  • Knowledge in OR (Operations Research) is a plus
  • Experience with cloud computing platforms and services, particularly AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda)
  • Solid understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
