About the Job
The Security services under Estates & Facilities is looking for a Security Co-ordinator. This is an exciting opportunity for anyone with a SIA Frontline CCTV license and experience to work with an in-house team covering the campus 24/7/365 with 4 days on 4 days off shift with alternating day and night shifts.
You will be monitoring carrying out security reception duties, co-ordinating officer duties and assist team to provide excellent customer care duties to the university stakeholders.
Strong communication skills are required for this role, in order to liaise with the stakeholders, emergency services and external clients.
About You
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adhering politeness when dealing with customers in person or by telephone/intercom, listening, showing empathy, remaining calm under pressure and is able to deal with challenging situations.
