About the Job
The Digital Adoption & Engagement Specialist working within the Digital Adoption & Engagement Team (DAET) is responsible for delivering and embedding the adoption, engagement and training strategy in support of the University’s Digital First Transformation Strategy. The focus of the DAET is to bring to bear available technology to improve investment costs and ROI, ensuring employees, students and other customers can use and are exploiting the functionality of our digital investments.
You will:
- assist the team leader in developing positive relationships between UEL’s IT Services and our business customers both internal and external.
- work with the team leader to resolve digital development issues and assist in positioning the DAET as key enablers to support the University’s Digital Transformation programme.
A key responsibility for the post is the development of blended learning tools either through the creation of learning resources or through the signposting to already established and available resources.
About You
You will have substantial experience and knowledge of IT practice and application and designing and delivering IT training. You will a degree level qualification in a relevant subject, or proven and significant equivalent experience. In addition, you will hold a PRINCE2 certification or an equivalent project management qualification or experience.
