Digital Textile Design Technician (0.6FTE)

About the role 

This role involves working with students at undergraduate and postgraduate level, primarily in the Textile Design programmes at BA and MA level. You will be able to deliver technical teaching and support, in the use of specialist equipment and facilities and core software such as Adobe Photoshop and InDesign. A good working knowledge of textile printing processes would be ideal. 

 About you

You should be an effective communicator, and innovative, with strong organisational and creative skills. Guiding students to reach their potential will be at the heart of what you do. We are looking for knowledge and experience of industry level software and equipment. An aptitude for problem solving and assisting students in realising their projects. To do so, you will be adept at communicating to a diverse range of individuals from varying backgrounds and have specialist knowledge and understanding of race, multiculturalism, and diversity.
