The Role
Artificial intelligence (AI) continues to transform firm-customer interactions and firms across industries. Increasingly firms are adopting and implementing AI solutions to create value for customers and other stakeholders. However, there is limited understanding on the capabilities firms need to implement AI and fully harness its promised potentials. In this research we delve deeper into examining how firms can develop their dynamic AI capabilities to effectively sense, seize, and act on the constant changes in today’s marketplace. We will also examine how AI-enabled relationship marketing (RM) influences firms’ marketing performance and how firms’ dynamic AI capabilities contribute to the development of effective AI-enabled RM strategies and maximize market orientation effectiveness. The research will also explore the EDI (equality, diversity, and inclusion) related issues that may affect the effectiveness of AI implementation.
