About the Job
You will provide agile administrative support within the Assessment Services under the direction of the Registry School Assessment Manager and Head of Registry School Assessment Services. Working within a team of administrators, the role involves providing a service to an academic school in delivering their assessment boards, maintaining accurate results records, examination material collation, and the production and issue of certificates and transcripts.
The post holder will be responsible for ensuring that UEL staff and students receive a consistent, efficient, and high standard service from the Assessment Services. You will also support the work of other professional services operations and the Academic Schools through effective interaction across teams to ensure the smooth management of a positive student experience.
About You
A successful candidate will have relevant experience and knowledge of student assessment administration, including all aspects of delivering assessment boards, with experience of examination administration. Experience of SITs will be a plus!
You will thrive in a busy environment of assessment regulation, managing a challenging workload successfully, while co-ordinating key activities. Confidence speaking to groups of people is essential for this role.
