Reporting to the Director of Estates, the Assistant Director of Estates will be key to developing a ‘best in class’ delivery of customer-focused estate operations services including Campus Management, Security, Maintenance, Cleaning and Print teams. The post holder will lead the transformation, and performance improvement and develop effective working relations with Business Partners and staff at all levels across estates & facilities, faculties, and suppliers to ensure first-class and smooth running of EAF operations and associate services.
We are seeking an individual with a proven track record in transformation and of providing ‘best in class’ facilities management services across a comparable high-public footfall customer-facing portfolio. You will be an adept contract manager with strong commercial acumen with a track record of managing predominantly insource supply chain partners. This role will suit professionals with a passion for developing people and processes, with a high level of personal credibility with demonstrable experience in engendering a culture of exceptional delivery at both an operational and strategic level. It is essential that candidates are experienced in board-level reporting and developing business case strategies in a comparable context.
