The Directorate of Information and Library Services is seeking an outstanding individual to join the Digital Service Delivery team as an IT Team Leader (Service Desk & Telephony). The post holder will be responsible for supervising the IT Service Desk and Telephony functions which provides frontline IT support services to all university staff, students, and partners.  

You will have proven experience of managing a complex team in a demanding office environment, preferably in a large organisation, whilst continuing to maintain high levels of service delivery. This role requires strong organisational and business relationship management skills, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You should possess strong and proven IT diagnostic skills and be educated to degree level or have demonstrable experience within a relevant technical or business discipline.  

The post will be based at the outstanding World Heritage Site of the Old Royal Naval College in Greenwich with a requirement to work at our Avery Hill campus on a rotation basis regularly. The University is situated across three beautiful campuses, boasting state-of-the-art facilities and an international staff and student community.
