About the Job
The post of Departmental Officer has become available within the School of Architecture, Computing and Engineering. Based in our school office team, you will provide administrative support to our departments of Architecture & Visual Arts, Computer Science & Digital Technologies and Engineering & Construction.
You will provide high-quality, proactive administrative support and excellent customer service to both staff and students to ensure an exceptional student experience. Tasks include support for department activities, financial administration, local level recruitment support, committee administration, travel arrangement, events, communications etc.
About You
You will have previous administrative experience of working in a busy, customer-focused environment. You will have excellent communication, organizational and customer-service skills and enjoy working in a collaborative environment as part of a team.
