Role & Responsibilities

As Sous Chef at Lakeside, you’ll work closely with the Head Chef and existing Sous Chef to provide an outstanding catering service to both internal and external customers visiting the Lakeside Restaurant and Coffee Shop.

As a unique operation led by a team of dedicated professionals, we also have the privilege of being supported by talented students enrolled in the BSc International Hospitality Management program during the academic semester.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in delivering a first-class catering service
  • Collaborating with the team to ensure excellent food quality across multiple outlets
  • Providing support in a unique and dynamic environment
