The Role
Maynooth University School of Business’ Mission is focused on developing critical thinkers and creating impactful knowledge for our community. A key element of this mission is working with our community of students, faculty & staff, graduates, employers, and local & international businesses to ensure that we engage appropriately and effectively with these diverse stakeholder groups, including our Industry Advisory Council.
We are seeking an Executive Assistant to join our staff in the School of Business to assist in the administration and support of our work in supporting the career development of our students. The successful candidate will work as part of a team reporting to the Head of School and their delegates. This is a challenging position in a busy office and the successful candidate will be able to work accurately under pressure and be able to deal with industry at the appropriate level. The person must be discreet, trustworthy, have a strong business acumen, and capable of dealing with confidential material.
Salary
Executive Assistant (2023): €28,039 – €44,115 p.a. (13 points)
Appointments will be made in accordance with public sector pay provisions.
Closing Date: 23:30hrs (local Irish time) on Sunday, 1st October 2023.
