Job Description
One Research Engineer position is open in the research group of Assistant Professor LI Yuzhu Pearl, at the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering, National University of Singapore (NUS).
The Research Engineer (will) will work closely with the Principal Investigator (PI) on coastal hydrodynamics and wave-structure interaction, which includes both laboratory experiments and numerical modelling with Computational Fluid Dynamics approach. The project will mainly focus on the rough surface structures and flexible structures in the coastal regions.
Job Requirements
- Possess a recognised Bachelor / Masters degree in relevant fields such as coastal and ocean engineering, hydrodynamics, wave-structure interaction.
- Strong written and spoken communication.
- Candidates with research experience are advantageous.
- Open to fixed term contract.
