Opportunity 

The Melbourne Law School is seeking applications for a number of open positions from suitably qualified academics across a range of levels. These positions will contribute to the teaching and learning, research, engagement, and leadership activity at the Melbourne Law School.  This opportunity is open to academics with experience in all areas of law but we are especially interested in applicants with a track record of teaching in the core law curriculum. This position requires the incumbent to hold a current and valid Working with Children Check to ensure the University provides a safe environment for everyone. 

About the Melbourne Law School 

The Melbourne Law School is a single department faculty located in a custom designed building in University Square at the University of Melbourne’s Parkville campus. The faculty is a vibrant community of creative legal scholars, dedicated to a highly collegial, research-intensive institutional life. It is committed to providing a high quality and intellectually challenging educational experience in all its programs: the Juris Doctor (JD), Melbourne Law Masters (MLM), Undergraduate (Breadth), and Research Higher Degrees (PhD). • Your teaching interests and experience and how you approach your teaching, including any evidence of teaching quality (such as peer review reports, teaching awards, student evaluation results or teaching courses undertaken). 
• The nature and impact of your contribution (both current and future) to engagement (if any) through dissemination of your research and engagement to the community at a local, national and/or global level. 
• Your contributions to service or leadership.
