About the Job

Do you have proven experience of delivering high-quality customer service in a Higher Education or related setting? Are you looking for a challenging role in an environment that is open, vibrant and welcomes new ideas?

This is an exciting strategic role within the Academic Partnerships and Global Engagement team to lead, manage and shape the academic partnership portfolio and directly manage several of UEL’s key academic partnerships.

As part of a forward-thinking team, you will provide strategic input, process improvement and day to day support to effectively manage the portfolio of UEL’s academic accounts within Egypt and the Middle East. You will commit to providing an outstanding customer service across your portfolio of global academic partners through strong collaboration with internal stakeholders and leading and supporting operational activity aligned to the university’s ambitious business growth targets.

About You

To succeed, you will need a proven track record of working with academic partners in a higher education setting. We are looking for an exceptional project manager and communicator with demonstrable experience of delivering to KPI’s, effectively managing teams and working with internal and external stakeholders to deliver results. With strong organisation, analytical and account management skills, the post holder will have experience of managing the quality and risk landscape across an academic partnership portfolio. You will also need a high level of understanding of the operational procedures required to develop and monitor existing academic partnerships.
