UniSA Ventures is seeking to appoint an outcome and deal focused Commercial Manager to support the growth of the business. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer for UniSA Ventures you will work closely with research leaders within the University and will be responsible for identifying, structuring and negotiating opportunities for translating the research capabilities into appropriate commercial outcomes.

This position will be based in the City East campus of UniSA in the Adelaide CBD and will work directly with research concentrations located within the Division of Health Sciences (HSC) in all activity relating to the growth of industry-linked research income, the technology transfer and commercialisation of intellectual property created from research.
The Division of Health Sciences at the UniSA has a highly regarded reputation for quality and excellence in research, teaching and community/industry engagement. Research in the Division is primarily carried out through the Sansom Institute and the Centre for Cancer Biology.
You will possess high levels of self-motivation, a self-starter and be outcome focused to effectively secure commercial deals. Postgraduate qualifications in a relevant discipline, or demonstrated significant equivalent skills, knowledge and experience are essential.
