We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as Team Leader, Learning Hub. In this role, you will lead the delivery of front-facing online and on-campus library services, ensuring responsive, high-quality, and friendly service delivery. You will also be responsible for coordinating daily work activities, managing resources, and fostering strong collaboration between library teams, faculties and students.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with other team leaders and act as a point of contact for faculties and stakeholders, promoting the effective use of library services. You will also lead the delivery of services, including rostering staff and providing training. You will contribute to Library and Study Skills strategic planning, ensuring exceptional client service delivery both physically on campus and online.
The ideal candidate would have previous management experience within a library or academic support position.
