Post Specification

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. To assist the manager in the preparatory tasks of the college;
  2. To assist the college manager to oversee the College management, including personnel, finance, and administrative support;
  3. To manage student affairs of the college; and organize students’ activities;
  4. To develop and implement residential regulations and procedures;
  5. To manage the space assignment, equipment, and facilities of the College;
  6. To maintain a close liaison with wardens and tutors; to provide assistance to them in pastoral care and student activities;
  7. To perform other duties assigned by the college manager.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  1. A Bachelor’s degree or above;
  2. At least 5 years experiences of team management or relevant working experiences, preferably within tertiary institutions or educational industries;
  3. Strong leadership skills; excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  4. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment;
  5. Strong written skills in both English and Chinese.

Salary and Benefits

Salary will be competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Appointments will be made under the establishment of CUHK-SZ and statutory benefits will be provided according to the prevailing labor laws applicable in the PRC. The appointee will be based at the University campus in Shenzhen, PRC.
