About the Role

The School of Health Sciences is seeking a motivated and experienced Engagement Assistant to join the team.

The Engagement Assistant supports the Engagement Officer and helps with initiatives that develop the School’s relationship with external stakeholders, while working in collaboration with Academic Staff and other Professional Staff within the School of Health Sciences and the School of Science. The Engagement Assistant is involved in the School’s social media presence, provides logistical support for School events, and helps manage delegation visits and other partnerships.

This is a full-time, ongoing position based at the Campbelltown campus, although travel to other campuses of the University may be required.

About You

You must have an appropriate tertiary education in a relevant discipline and/or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience together with strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. You will also have strong experience in various software packages and ability to manage multiple tasks and plan your time well.

Remuneration Package: HEW Level 4 $84,578 to $90,045 p.a. (comprising Salary of $71,470 to $76,089 p.a., plus Superannuation and Leave Loading)
