About the role
Working under the direction of the Manager Market Insights, the Market Insights Advisor provides expert, timely and accurate analysis of student markets and behaviour for the purpose of supporting key strategic objectives relating to revenue and market share growth.
About you
To be successful in this role, you will have a strong competence in qualitative research combined with an understanding of higher education and student segments with sophisticated quantitative analysis skills to deliver new market insights. Experience in contemporary data analysis systems and tools is essential, SQL and Microsoft Excel experience are desirable.
You will have a curiosity about data and an ability to investigate, analyse and interpret data and translate these findings to a variety of stakeholders as well as contribute an objective point of view.
About the Faculty/Group
The UNE Growth Team drives revenue growth through new product development and portfolio management. The team focuses on a project management approach to the development of robust business cases for new products that are based on evidence-based market insights.
